The mythic portion of life
Meaning is discovered, not imposed.
My approach is informed by the transpersonal arts, with room for conversation, image, metaphor and story. Your choices and pace guide how we work together.
You do not need artistic skill or a particular spiritual belief. Conversation can be enough. Creative exploration is an invitation, offered when it feels relevant and welcome.
Your experience and understanding remain central. You choose what to share, and may pause, decline an invitation or stop. Images are explored through your own associations; their meaning is not assigned from outside.

Gaia is extremely warm in his delivery. His consideration of process creates a deep sense of safety, allowing group members to go further—to reveal, reflect and heal.

Whether we gather in person or meet across distance, we each sit upon Country, with histories and relationships reaching far beyond our own. I honour the living Lore, knowledge and cultures carried through generations.
I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and those continuing to carry culture forward. With humility and respect, I invite us to remain curious about the Country upon which we sit, the people who have cared for it across generations, and our own relationship with the land.
